With the growing use of e-scooters and other Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs), the Tasmanian Government needed a way to communicate new safety regulations.
We developed a vibrant 2D animation that combines dynamic visuals with key safety messages, promoting respectful behaviour among riders, road users, and pedestrians. The animation simplifies complex regulations, from helmet use to speed limits, in an engaging and approachable style, driving viewers to learn more online.
This campaign ensures that the safety messaging reaches audiences not only in Hobart but across all of Tasmania, demonstrating how animation can effectively deliver public safety messaging.
