Motion Graphics Types
-
2D Motion Graphics
You see Motion Graphics all the time – on TV and YouTube and a million websites – because they help communicate complex messages in an easy-to-understand and visually engaging way. By adding motion to your words, photos, and/or illustrations, you bring another dimension to your presentation, which enhances your story and amplifies your message.
-
3D Motion Graphics
This style of Motion Graphics offers a more premium and impactful look. With added realism and a more immersive feel, your audience will be sure to be impressed and see your brand as a leader in it’s field. The cost is substantially more than 2D Motion Graphics but we feel like it’s worth the investment if you have the marketing budget available.

Motion Graphics + Characters
Motion Graphics and Character Animation come together in wondrous delight! What a match made in heaven this style is. In fact, we apply this approach to the majority of our motion graphics productions as clients love it and so do we! We can also mix 2D motion graphics with 3D motion graphics. Really, there’s no limitations. Only our imagination.

Well, it depends on a few things, like how long you want the video to be, how complex you want it to be, and how much attention to detail you want.
Simple 2D motion graphics can cost as little as $7k, assuming the duration is short and there’s limited or no character animation involved.
But if you’re looking for something more complex, with character animation, 3D elements, and more attention to detail, then you’re probably looking at a budget of $15-25k. This is where you’ll get the best bang for your buck.
And if you’re really looking to go all-out, then you could be looking at a budget of up to $80k. This is where we can do our absolute best work, with full-3D motion graphics and lots of character animation.
But don’t worry, we’re flexible. Whatever your budget is, we’ll try and find a solution to match.
If you’re interested to know how much your next motion graphics video might cost, reach out and let us know your project details. We’d be happy to chat through your requirements and provide a non-obligation quote.
It depends on the complexity of the project. Really simple projects can take as little as 3-4 weeks, but a more comfortable turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. This gives us enough time to incorporate your feedback and make sure the video is the best it can be. More complex projects, such as those with lots of character or 3D animation, can take up to 16 weeks.
But don’t worry, we’re flexible. If you need your video sooner, we can usually find a way to make it happen. For example, we can increase our production team or work on different parts of the video in parallel. Just let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
To get a more accurate estimation of how long your motion graphics video might take, reach out to us via our contact page and we can let you know exactly how long it will take to produce.
